Villa in Sarjapur village

Friends,
I have been searching for a plot in Sarjapur road and Bannerghatta road for some time to construct a house. Recently, I saw the Villa called Pentagon Passiflora in Sarjapur Village. It looks to be ok and fits in my budget. The construction quality is just ok but is kind of walkable from the bus stand. This is around 18km from Iblur junction (Sarjapur Road-ORR). The first project has taken more than two years to complete. They are coming up with one more villa project adjascent to the same. The Project is BMRDA approved.

I would like to know whether anybody looked at/Booked Pentagon Passiflora/Peninsula parkville villas at Sarjapur. It would be nice if you could share some details on the same.
