looking for a reliable agent

I'm looking for contact of a reliable agent who can help in finding an apartment in and around HBR layout, kalyan nagar, banaswadi. If any of you can recommend somebody based on your personal experience , pls do so. Also what would be the charges of the agent .. is it 1% of the cost ?

Hi,
You can contact Rambabu, who used to be working for ICICI DSI earlier. I know him for last 6 years and he knows entire process well. He will also guide you on the loan formalities (if you are looking at one), registration process etc. He is from KR Puram and knows the area you mentioned very well. His contact no. is 9379472862. Normally they should charge 1% from buyer and 2% from seller and you can expect all the services including getting required documents from seller, liasoning with bank etc for the above charge/.
