Hi,

I have seen 30*40 site in KPCL layout, sarjapur road. The broker quoted is 2800 /sqft. Is it really worth to buy? If i going to purchase that site, how much could i negotiate? Kindly share your thoughts what is current rate and other details?

For document verification, the broker asked me to give Post-dated cheque. Then only, the owner will provide all the document. Shall i proceed to provide Post-dated chequre and do cross verification of all document. Please guide me.

Iam not sure abt the prices, but dnt give the post dated cheque, just give RS 3K or 5K as a token advance and take the photocopy of the docs and get verified by ur lawyer, once ur satisfied with the docs and lawyer feedback than only go for agreement by giving agreement value, this is what the general procedure.
