Rs.3000/sft.

Hi,
Agent told it comes under BBMP and B-Khatha is there.

I think 3000-3500/sqft is a good rate for A-katha site. 2 -3 months back I came across a house for sale at Bansawadi near Baldwin school, they have quoted 55L (A-Katha site as per owner). That time owner explained me the calculation like 40L for land and remaining for house (near to 12 years old house). But I left that as i didn't like the house. As you may be aware if you are planning for a B-katha site then you wont get plan approval, housing loan etc in a proper way.
