Hi,
I am planning to purchase a plot in Sir M Vishveshwariah layout on the Outer Ring Road near Kengeri. My relative however doesn't approve of my decision. The reason given by the person is that the direct allottee is bound by rule that he/she cannot sell the BDA site for 10 years. Wanted to know if this is true.
Request for your suggestions on this.

That rule is applicable for Arkavati layout and any subsequent layouts developed by BDA. SMV layout owners are absolute owners.

Hi,

Govt recently changed the guidance value for Kengri-sub registrar office from RS 1000 to RS 2000( some blocks of SMV falls under this office), could anyone have idea of the market value of the sites in 1st block after this change in the guidance value.
