Plot rates @ BTM 6th stage - near saibaba temple

Hi,

Can some one let me know what is the plot rate @ BTM 6th stage near to 80 ft road - near saibaba temple. I am planning to buy a 30 * 40 site.
Broker price goes from 4000 - 4500/- psqft.

Hope you are referring to BDA site over there.
The price range between Rs. 3500/- to Rs.4200/- per sq foot. But I dont feel its worth paying for it as I dont see any developments in the layout.

Can you tell me the current rates. I am asking near Divya Jyothi school. The whole area was litigated with the Ex CM Yediyurappa's allotment issue and has now been cleared I heard.
