BDA alloted plot to 3 persons

Hi,

I'm planning to buy BDA site and while checking the history came to know that BDA alloted property to 3 persons. The sale deed and EC says that 3 persons are the owners of that site.
3 persons sold the site to another person few years back and I'm planning to buy the same.
Is it possible 3 persons can be registered owners?
If I go for land loan will bank ask any information about the previous owners?

Please advice,

Thanks

If the sale deed lists the 3 people together, then it is a legal sale to 3 of them. I don't think there should be any problem with that. our property is registered on both my husband and my names. But make sure that the sale to the next person - has all 3 names listed under the seller section in the sale deed.

As per my understanding number of joint owners depend on the size of site
30x40 there can be 2 joint owners
60x40 there can be 3 joint owners
etc

Thanks

Thanks for the reply!
I came to know that this particular site was registered in 3 person name under special encouragement scheme in 2004
What is this special encouragement scheme?
Because of this, will the sons of 3 person will have rights even after the site was sold?

Thanks
