BDA/BBPM Approved Layouts near Mountfort School Near K R Pur

Dear Friends,
I am looking for a plot near Hoodi(Lake Mountfortschool road),Old Mardasroad(not so far) for constructing house immediatly.If anybidy has any idea or any other group u guys are formed please let me know.
Last week i have seen Samruthi Layout(Near Mountfort School,BBMP-A Khata) and Lake Recidency Layout(BBMP-B Khata,BDA approval in progress) but developments are in an initial stage.
Anybody has any idea about SAi Sernity near Lake Mountfort school and it looks very good and development completed almost and i can see some three to four houses inside the layout.

One more layout near whitefield which i seen this weekend is MSR Layout near Prestige Glenmoragn Layout

Thanks for providing valuable info.
I am also looking for some legal plots at reasonable prices. Please let the forum know about the location if you visit these layouts and price details. If more people zero down on a single layout, we can go as a group and try to get a bettet deal.
I tried calling Nest developers to get price details but no one answered my call.

Hi All,
Anybody in this forum is having information on Vishwasree Viswa Dhama. it is located in Sadaramangala, Whirefield, Near ITPL. As per the advertisement, it is BDA approved. They have around 58 sites.
any info on this would be appreciated

Vishwasree Viswa Dhama is around 2-3 km from mountfort school towards whitefield. they are quoting 1800/-
