I am interested in buying one of the old houses at BSK3 stage (Hosakerehalli). New to this area. I would like to know how much is present sqft rate in BSK 3 stage Dattatreya Nagar/Ittumadu/Hosakere halli(market/govt rate). Whether all these layouts come under BDA/BBMP? Are they valid layouts? Also wanted to know if plots at Hosakere halli are all agriculture land as name looks like village? What all documents I need to take from owner for complete possession? Looking for early responses.
