Any specific precautions for buying Housing Society plots

Hi All,
Are there any specific precautions and also documents which are to be checked while buying plot from a Person who has been alotted the site from Housing coperative society.
In my case allotee has a NOC from society & possession certificate from society. Let me know if any specific documents are to obtained.

Please let me know asap, any inputs in this regard would be of great help.

Hi You have to get : RTC (record of tenancy and cultivation ) of original land owners, dc conversion, original link deeds, bda approval for layout or bda noc, deletion from the final notification for bda. bbmp noc if bda is not applicable now. society noc, possession and allotment. ec, latest tax paid receipts, khata extractss etc. etc.. call on ********** Edited by ADMIN *********for any query

Dear Admin

I am not an real estate agent or any broker. I am a individual working in a company. I am looking for plot to buy. I only gave my suggestion on someone who asked for inputs in documents for plot buying. When someone asks for help I thought I should help him so that his hard earned money is saved..
