BCCHBCS Layout on kanakapura road

can someone guide me about this layout. is it safe to buy or are there any legal or other issues concerning this layout. i am thinking of buying a plot in this layout. any idea of the prices obtaining here. chandramouli

It is very safe and no legal problems especially if you are buying from original allottees. I have purchased a site last year and now I have started my house construction also. Many of my friends are also bought plots here few months back. There are 2 new houses came up recently and mine is 3rd. I can see many people putting fence, levelling etc shows this layout is happening place to satisfy yourself. Current market price is Rs 2100/sft. Pre recession time it was 1750 and gone down to 1250 and now back in 2100 range.

I also purchased a site in this layout last july. I am going to start the construction in this June. If some people start construction then this layout becomes a good property hub for existing owners (so called investors) and real estate agents.

Yes..I agree..the roads and other facilities are already available in this layout. Moreover there is no water shortage in this layout, compared to other layouts or areas in Bangalore. It just needs a bit of a clean up. I too own a site in this layout and planning to construct a house shortly.

there are a number of layouts with similar sounding names on kanakapura road. i was referring to the one opposite khodays call centre. i hope you are also referring to the same layout. please confirm. chandramouli

Yes..this layout also extends till Holiday Village resort and behind the new Nandi Toyota showroom and is on the way to new Kumaran's school, KSIT college, Purva, Shriram and Mantri apartments..

From Sarakki signal, travel 6km in Kanakapura road. After coffee day, take left and then rights at temple towards Holiday village resort. Opposite to this resort is BCC Layout.
