Nisarga Layout included under BBMP!! Just wanted info

Friends

Just saw todays times of india annd the notification of wards.In that itz specifically mentioned Nisarga layout under BBMp puttenhalli ward.Just wanted to know whether is this the same Nisarga layout of nirman shelters

it comes under BMRDA limit. not BBMP
