I had to visit "Nandanavana" layout near Jigani by Nirman Shelters which is one of the well known companies in Bangalore.

Price was around 1000 (as brokers said)
Around 20-30 houses were already constructed there.

Please let me know if anybody is having extra information (market price/area/amenities/worth buying/anything extra)

No I dont have their phone numbers.
but there is no much increase in prices in Nandandavana and Nisarga layouts. Many people have no good opinion on these layouts interms of increase
My cousin brought a corner site from developer itself @ 1000/ Sq Ft in Nandanavana
My friend brought one corner site in Nisarga for around 1300/ Sq Ft, there is no much increase in price even after one year.

there is no per month maintenance fee...but when you buy you have to pay around 50K (temple fund, oldage home fund, some other charges) one time charges to developers. You have to pay this amount even if you are buying second hand.
You will get membership card for this 50K
