How is reliable woods near HSR Layout

I have come across a plot in Reliable Woods layout near HSR Layout. The plot and the roads in the layout are very good. Owner is quoting 3000/- per sq. feet. Is it worth? Is there any legal issue or any other issue with this layout. I have heard lot of rumors about the builder. Since it is resale and the layout is already developed I am thinking of ignoring the rumors on the builders. Any information would be great.
