Nirman layout

Dear all,
I have a 60/40 corner site in Nirman layout from Nirman shelters bought in 2006 for investment purposes.Could anyone throw some light on the following;
1.Current rates at Nirman
2.Any infrastructure development
3.Any approval by BDA/BMRDA.
4.Future potential of the layout as I plan to hold it for around 10 years.
