How Do We apply For a New BDA Site

Hi Admin,
We have never applied for any BDA Sites so far but was very much Intrested to know How do we apply for One.

Can you please Guide me through the Same

BDA issues notification in leading papers calling for people to apply for sites in new layouts. This happens only once or twice in a decade. Along with the notification or with the application, they would have included eligiblity criteria for applying. If you satisfy those criteria (ex: x number of years of Domicile in karnataka, should not have any govt allotted site anywhere in karnataka, etc.), then you could get a form from BDA office and apply along with the deposit. The allotment is based on seniority(number of attempts), category (the usual list of caste/disability, etc.) and age. So if you have not applied so far and if you start applying in the next round, you will be lucky if you get one allotted in the next couple of decades.

Thank you for Such a Quick Reply. So as of now For me to start applying I need to Wait for the Next Notification in the news papers is it, I have visited the BDA website and I satisfy all their criteria's, ie 15 years of domisile in karnataka, And was confused about one point you have mentioned, that I should not have any Govt allotted sites anywhere in karnataka, or I should not own any property or site in my name in bangalore, Please clarify.
