Just a observation, Thought of sharing with everybody. I welcome comments from so that we can get more ideas.
This may not work out for BDA sites but might definately work out with sites in Gated community being sold by builders.

Well If you observe a Trend.... If you want to buy any vegetable or House hold items like Washing powder OIL etc etc.

The best and chepest PLACE would be visiting Big Malls and not small shops. In Big MALLS you get stuffs at much much lesser price.

Now same would be the case with Builders who have Big Layout. If are single buyer you might not end up getting good deal. But stand United. Go in Group or 8 to 10 people and ask for big discount. I am sure you would get atleast 200 rs discount per sq feet. You would also have like minded people in the layout. In case of crisis you can tackle it in united manner.

Volume counts.... You might get good facing sites as you are buying in bulk.

Let me know if this makes sense. In current reality there is no point in buying a individual site through broker who would have jacked up the price by 20% to the already infleated price.
