Can somebody help with the process to get e-Katha for a BDA site in BDA Purview(Vishweshwariah e.g.)?
I tried creating via Seva Sindhu - but was rejected.

You need to wait for some more time. Its not only you, plenty of citizens facing the similar issues.
Its a new process implemented by the Govt recently and the system is not yet stabilized. Even the Officials are not clear about the issues faced by the End users.

E Khata should be applied from eaasthi website. Links are provided below.
however, there are lot of data issues. The Old Property Number "-" Assessment number should match the PID provided on Tax Receipts (this is for BBMP areas, not sure if this would be the case for BDA layouts that are not handed over to BBMP yet). If the data does not match, then the eKhata application will not be processed and will be kept pending until the data is rectified. ARO is responsible for getting the data rectified.
