Is it good to but land from the society as there is no BDA approval only they are have the DC approval as per there words. Dont know weather even they have or not. Any review on www.cgtere.com project.

I have few doubts to clarify in Telecom green fields GFG 2. We have been allotted a plot in extension plan of GFG 2.
Till now there is no work started and hence we cannot register.
Due to some cash crunch, we may have to wait for 2-3 yrs without registering the plot.
After 2-3yrs, we can register the same.

Will there be any problem in waiting for plot registration in this situation? Please advice.

Sir, what is current price in Green FIeld Garden 1 now? I found few ads in OLX where brokers are quoting somewhere between 1500-1700.
I feel we may get at lower price from direct owners.
I am planning to invest if the phase-1 issue is resolved.

When was the last time you visited the site? When I called the society last week they said work is in progress and they have plans to finish and release sites by end of September 2013!?

Calling and getting status is best left for Telecom office. Those directors are the worst money eating people.
We have been waiting for last 7 years and still no site registered as yet.
From last 6months, they keep saying the extension plan will be approved and done by May 2013/Aug 2013 and now Sep 2013.
Do remember the extension plan is not yet BIAAPA approved. Its still in progress with the govt.
I suppose it will take another 6-9 months to complete the site levelling.
No work has started in extension plan. Its just trees and boulders every where. Please visit yourself.
Or we can make a team and demand whats happening with GFG2 extension plan.

Now probably, Babu is not the president and someone else has replaced him in the office.
