I am waiting for allotment of 30x40 site for more than 2 years and now they say it would be done by Oct 2010. When I called previous time they were saying it should be over by June which didnt happen. Is there anythng we can do here to make sure they dont delay beyond this? If many of us who has applied thru society demand the allotment as soon as possible will it make difference? Please contact me if you have some plan like this..hakim.zafar at gmail com

R u talking bout SLN city, near big banyan tree?? If yes, then registrations hav already started 3 months back.. Its happening in Taverekere sub-registrar office on magadi road. Though sites r getting registered, people r not getting any documents. They say documents wil b given later

Actually Krisnappa is releasing sites batch by batch. So sites r less but applicants r more. Put pressure on ur society to get registered. Otherwise u may not get preferential sites but only left over sites

One more thing - On every registration day Krishnappa's son comes in BLACK MERCEDES BENZ to Taverekere sub-registrar office to sign the documents As its a village and no hotel nearby, krishnappa is providing lunch to applicants on the 1st floor of that building on registration day

Has anybone registrered 40.60 sites from SLN layout? I'm still waiting for the allotment from my society. It's been more than 3 years since the full paymnet. Socity people said that they are alloting 30.40 sites now and others will take another 2 months.

Hello,
I have paid full money three years back for the sites being developed by MLA Krishnappa near the Big banyan tree, Bangalore. I have paid thru the membership of Karnataka state govt employees house building co operative society. This society office is in Vijayanagar.
So far every time they were telling three months postponement for site allocation, but now they have stopped speaking at all. Not sure how genuine they are OR i'm in a trap now getting cheated? They are telling phase1 registration is over and i will get in phase2.
It is becoming extremely frustrating to wait without any light on this matter by the society.
Can any one please let me know if you have got any site registered from this society? Is there any thing called phase2 at all?

Hello Friend,
Thru which society you have paid the money? What kind of receipt or acknowledge they have given about your payment? Have you got any information about what is your seniority in teh queue? Have you seen any of the approved plan (though they claim they are getting the approvals in phases)?
I haven't got any answers for the questions above from the Karnakata State govt .employees house building co operative society location in Vijayanagar. Only thing i have is the receipts for all the DDs I have paid. I have membership number but membership certificate / card.

If any of you have any good or bad information, please let me know.

Hi,

I have applied Thru wilson garden co operative society, they will issue co-op society Receipts only. SLN city layout people started to issue 40x 60 sites in batches now. our society got the first batch of 18 sites in Nov 2010, i was one among them. Registrations getting delayed to unknown reasons. earlier i came to know a guy got the 40x60 site from KSGEHBC society 5 months back and was selling Thru online ad. Have patience you will get your site one day, keep on Enquiring about the status with your society people.
