mnrs, your post was really useful. I would be interested in buying a site in Fern's layout. Can you give me contact details of fern builders? Do they have any projects for which bookings are open?

Hi All,
Any updates on this express way? Ferns say that the express way got scrapped and they filed a case in high-court to release some of the plots in Ferns Aspen Heights which are still blocked by the BIAPPA/Govt.
I am seriously planning to buy a plot there and almost finalized the rate too. Only One thing bothering me is this express way.
PLEASE let me know.
