Interesting! 3400 per square feet. My aunt bought a site for 2500 in 1st block 4 months back, 3400 seems over the top, but is a possibility in the crazy real estate world of Bangalore. I am just curios is commercial activity increased in 1st block like probably a reliance fresh or equivalent, or local . Whether some one living there needs to travel out of the layout for basic needs.

I bought a site in this layout (2nd block) for Rs1500. Now in 2nd block the real estate agent is quoting around 2200. My thinking is that 1st block the realistic prices may be around 2700. 3400 is way too high price. If there is one more round of down turn the price will go down again.

You are right. The prices in II stage it seems more or less what you say. Will have to just watch for genuine deals which may be posted inthis forum to know the rate in I stage, or wait for the same confirmations of the agents who are near by.
