Thank you ckanth. Appreciate your help. For me they were quoting 2600psf. I was not aware that the whole layout was notified by BDA. Thank you ckanth. Did you look in another layout?

As I mentioned I am just going by the website I mentioned above. To be fair to the site owners, it would be great if someone can clarify and confirm. Just want to put a disclaimer as I know what the real owners go through when such information is put on the net and its not genuinely validated.. but to your question biddappa, I have not resumed my search yet.

There is no BDA notification. Atleast the site I saw was having BBMP khata and I had verified the documents. Please verify the documents through a lawyer.

If anyone is looking to buy here, stay away. Residents are not having good opinion and my site visit confirmed that.

There is high tension line above Royal Palm ... So incase you are planning to stay there, pls make sure that houses be built at a safe distance from the lines... I don ot know the safe distance, please correct me if i am wrong...

I visited the Royal Palms layout recently. The broker told me that the going rate for 30*40 is around Rs.4000 - Rs.4200 psft
Quite a few houses are coming up and ISKON construction is underway

When I was looking around 6 months back, the price was around 2400-2500 Rs for 60 X 40 sites. I backed due to the fact that the high tension wire lines were within 500 feet to the site.
I can not imagine it having jumped to 4000 Rs. You can buy in Narayana Nagar 1st block for this price which is closer to Kanakapura road and proposed Metro.
