starting a new topic to discuss about future of hosur road towards E-city, chandapura circle, anekal areas..
I am looking for a house either an apartment of a plot on which I can construct a house for my family and live there.
during my recent search, have come to know lot of projects in and around chadapura circle, anekal areas..
visited last week to have a look.. all project nearer to KHB surya city look interesting.. but the basic question is
-- how much time would it take for the developments of this area?
-- is there any direct connectivity from chandpura circle to whitefiled area?
-- any commercial development happening in that area?
-- is it a right investment?

The development of Hosur Road NH7 towards Hosur depends on whether the Software & SEZ planned there is developed & how fast , there is some progress though . With the widening of the road by 2 extra lanes from E City to Hosur & making of fly overs on Chndapura & Aitebelle circles the drive from Hosur to Silk Board should speed up considerably. A builder who operates in Hosur , says developed land sells there under Rs 350 psqft , above that there is considerable resistance . Currently the biggest buyers are Tamils working in Bangalore , willing to commute to E City & a bit beyond. Next come the adjoining 3 southern states.
If IT cos land up in Hosur , surely big & small land parcels along the way will get developed too . The Hosur stretch will be an option for those looking for low priced sites , as the North Bangalore already seems over priced without too much development taking place.
Am not sure what is happening as connectivity & development around Anekal.
