Help needed in choosing apartment

Hi All,
Could anyone suggest me some good apartments in bangalore. These are my preferences.

1. My budget is 23 Lacs (Maximum....strict limits on this)
2. My preferences are CV Raman Nagar, GM Palya, Marathalli, Whitefield,ITPL and Pai Layout.
3. Either ready to occupy or which is nearing completion ( may be in 4 months).
4. Area should be approximately 1000sft.

I appreciate if anyone can suggest me some nice builders / apartments in these localities.
