As it is B Khata, i dont think anybody can build a house there with legal point of view. Please correct me if i am wrong.

Hey Raju,

This is a gated community ..Around 200 plots are there. Already there were some 10 houses construction is going on. As Govt is not allowing to pay betterment charges we don't get A-katha until they collect Betterment charges.
