Suitable locality for a plot

Hi All,

I'm new to this forum.

I'm interested in buying a plot for construction of a house for self use
My ofice is at Whitefield, and i'm currently staying near Silk board.

Can you suggest your views on which areas are good in terms of connectivity, infrastructure, water...where I can purchase a 30*40 or a 30*50 for a budget of 25 lacs...

Also can you tell me what all things should i keep in mind while purchashing a plot.
