GR Projects - Sun Villas

Hi Folks,
Does anyone, other than RE agents and builder, have any info on Sun Villas (www.sunvillas.in) developed by GR Projects and Infrastructure (P) Ltd? This development is off of NH4 (Old Madras road) just before Hoskote. I would like to know about their reliability, quality and integrity. They are building 172 villas on a 20 acre land. Do we need to look out for relevant approvals from orgs like BDA/ BMRDA/ BIAPPA?

I have seen the site. looks good. villas are big but pricey.

price is about Rs 3000/ sq. ft. which is slightly high IMO.

Do you have any details about the project. How many sqft and I have seen a Video file and it looks very far and it's almost near to HOSKOTE.

check www.sunvillas.in. It is before hoskote ( near budigere junction on NH207).
It is next to pruksa silvana. they have 3 or 4 types of villas on lanad of 2400 to 4000 sq.ft.
built area ranges from 3000 to 4000 sq.ft. plan looks good to me. risk is that this builder is new.

They have got hoskote planning authority ( part of BMRDA) approval. looks ok to me.
