DC conversion

Hi,
I had purchased a site around 7 years back and I happened to notice only now ,that, the DC conversion certificate copy which the layout developer gave me doesnt say that the whole 5 acres (of that survery no on which my site comes under) is DC converted.

Instead, it says in the schedule that only ONE acre out of 5 acres is DC converted. The developer has paid betterment charges to the BDA (as this layout comes under Anjanapura BDA township). Is it something which I need to worry about? It is not clear whether my site falls under the 1 acre (which is DC converted).

However in the sale deed it is mentioned that the site falls under the survey no which is DC converted and also the DC conversion document no is mentioned. Can someone help me on which office should I approach if I have to get more details regarding DC conversion throught RTI?
