Hi,

Just wanted to get opinion about Dream Meadows layout , adjacent to Ryan International school.

I am working on a deal with prospective seller for price around 1500/- . The plot size is 5000 sqft.

Wanted to get opinion about it . I have haeard that the layout had issues but i could see around 30 houses already built in the layout and few of the public sector bank giving loans to it.

Did you buy here ? The broker I contacted is quoting me Rs 2200 whcih is absurd for this layout.
Not a class layout . Are you going through broker or friend.

Howis the water situation in this area ?

No this one is in Brookefields next to Ryan school.
