Regarding South Avenue Layout, Gottigere

This is my first post here. If it is in the wrong section please excuse me. I have been searching for plots around BGhatta Road and wanted to know if anyone has any information about South Avenue layout near gottigere. I request you to please post ur opinions\rumors heard\ problems\ advantages\price or anything for that matter that you people might know about this layout. It will be useful for me in making a decision.
Also all land around this area is converted land with BBMP khata only. Most people seem to be ok with this. Will there be any problem due to this if khata is valid?

I am one of those who spent 6+ months trying to buy a site in this south avenue layout from jun 2010 to jan 2011... some say this layout is developed by bagmane group.. they bought the land from 4 big families, wat am trying to say is basically this is revenue land with bbmp khata.. in my case, we tried for site two twenty five. this comes under a survey number 10/4 and 133/1. for which documents were not clear. site loan got rejected by hdfc. am not sure about other survey numbers and their documentation. later my family was too tired to continue hunting for the reqd documents and dropped our try. we got a bda site in jp nagar 9th phase without much trouble thro hdfc site loan..

Thank you very nuch for the information. I decided not to buy as it was not suitable for my budget. There were no small sized plots.
How did u go about finding a site in 9th phase? Can you share any contacts if u have any?

I went through real estate broker named Madhu. He is educated, well mannered. If you are interested, you can contact him on 9902221119. He charges 2% commission on the value of the site. One more advantage is he will soon understand the taste and requirements of the client, and only show sites accordingly, doesn't waste our time.. these r from my own experience only.

@bda_test1234, its a bda site in jp nagar 9th phase 3rd block, bought for 1950/- per sq.ft.

This is one of the best layouts in south bangalore. This is just less than 1 Km from baneerghatta road , layoout is in an outstanding location.

I visited this and i was impressed by the location of the layout. There is a BDA proposed park, which is yet to be developed. Any one who has idea in buying in south bangalore, i would suggest this strongly.
