I have seen in my company classifieds where a price of 1100-1200 was being quoted. Did you see this place recently? Last week I went a ona site visit for Upkar Meadows. I liked the place but looks like all the folks there are investors and no one really constructed a house there. Is this the case with springfileds as well? Please let me know

Thanks Anant. Actually I want to sell my 30x40 site there. So that's the reason I was asking. I did not go there recently. Anyway Iam planning to go. Shall give the details in this forum once I visit the site.
