Ideas for shop construction

Hi All
Need suggestions/ideas for construction. I have a commercial corner plot 15*30.

30 feet is towards main road. I want to build first two floor for commercial and rest for residential.

What kind of commercial building can build in two floors. Any suggestions.

Ground floor: Two shops of 12' (facing road) X 15' (depth) approximately. That will leave (30 - 12*2) = 6' * 15' for staircase and lift for upper floors.

Same on first and second floor.

Each floor needs a toilet too, which you can fit in the back of the 6' * 15' common area on each floor.
