Nirman Nisarga Layout - rates

Guys,

My sister has a plot in Nirman Nisarga Layout in BG Road/Jigani area. It is 30*40 west facing. Anyone knows the running rate in the layout. Just wanted to get a ballpark figure before I put out the ad.

Hi,

It depends in where in nisarga layout and the facing of sites. If its on the front side in nandana, buddha, rkp behind lotus restaurant or near club house and swimming pool then 3600-4000 rs per sqft.

If its on the other side next to stadium in South Extension then around 3000 approx

The rates for east and north facing plots are in the range of 3000 to 3300
