Hi,
The plot which Iam considering to buy has B-Khata from BBMP while the whole land from which it is bifurcated is having regular 'A' khata.
But neither the whole land nor the bifurcated land is NOT having PID, issued by BBMP. Does anyone know how to obtain the PID?
Thanks in advance..
Jay

Re: How to get the PID ?
Hi jay
First check in the local bbmp office if the new survey is done in that area.Since BBmp is taking up surveys in phases it takes time to get PID for all the properties in bangalore. They did survey in my place 6 months back, till date no number alloted. If the whole land has A- khata then you should be getting bifurcated A-khata in case it is made in to just 2 or 3 parts. If the whole land is made in to layout then you won't get bifurcated A-khata.
