Good morning all. Hope you are doing well.
Need some advice on Remco BHEL layout in RR Nagar.
1. Recently there was a High Court judgement in favour of society on the dispute with landowners (16th March to be precise). Does it mean it's safe to purchase the site/house there. will there be any future issues with the litigation? How long does it take for the judgement to reach BBMP/Sub registrar so we can register the property?
2. A particular property in the above layout doesn't have survey number mentioned in the sale deed or in any papers from the society? how can we authenticate this property? is it still OK not having it on any govt. documents?
Thanks in advance.

Request you to check for the survey number and see if that particular survey number is under dispute. Better to avoid thou case is closed. Get the mother sale deed, farmer to society. It will have the survey numbers.
There are many survey numbers which are clean and have no problems what so ever. You can identify them just by going to that particular plot and should see many houses around constructed.
Also, in RR nagar sub registrar office there is a notice which displays all the survey numbers which have a ln active case. So ideally you can't register it if it falls under those survey numbers
