Request for contract agreement info

Dear all

I planning to go for an independent house construction in few months.

Currently I'm in need of info on entering into a contract agreement with an architect & the builder. It shouldn't be a one sided agreement on terms & conditions. More to do with specifying the actual Roles, Responsibility & accountability, Payment. Terms for Architect & the Builder & myself for all 3 stages like before start of construction, during co striction & post construction stages.

Those who have already undergone these stages, please enlighten me. If any sample format share will be highly appreciated.
