It is quite simple, you don't need a sheet:
Just pay pro-rata. 30% for masonry, 30% for roofing, 30% for plastering..keep the last 10% all other sundry work, including, paking area maddi, garden, plastering sanitary chambers, cleaning the rain water chambers on the road, and laying the home entry slope, fitting metal doors etc..
