BDA site eligibility ???

Hi.. My father own a KHB plot somewhere in karnataka. I don’t have any govt allocated land/house in my name in bangalore nor anywhere in Karnataka..

But i have private property plot in my name in some part of karnatakta. Can i still eligible for to apply for BDA site in Bangalore ?
