Have you heard of this land grabber/scamster/builder?

Hi All,


Has anyone heard of one Mr BM Vasudeva / BM Vasudev who is a builder and operates in Domlur and Indiranagar
Area of Bangalore? One has heard that he is a serial land grabber and has grabbed as many as 10-15 places
in Domlur and Indiranagar by driving out the original owners and now is renting out the properties to
unsuspecting newcomers in Bangalore.

He himself lives in a palatial Bungalow ( grabbed obviously) close to 17th Main II Stage Indiranagar


His key dubious properties are on the following plots :

No 2317, 2nd Cross, 16th B Main, II Stage, Indiranagar, Bangalore. All the adjacent areas
have also been grabbed by him i.e. 2316, 2319, 2320. There is a cluster of as many as
15 plots many of which are vacant.
