BSNL Employees Telecom Aeropark Residency

Hi,
Anyone have idea about the BSNL EMPLOYEES WELFARE HOUSE BUILDING CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY LTD,
“TELECOM AERO PARK RESIDENCY”.This is on IVC road,near Devanahalli.
they are selling at Rs.689/Sft.
i have contacted a person named Muddappa..he is some union leader and he is one of the persons who are selling the plots.
I want to know is this society genuine?

It is a guenuine layout, there office is located in BSNL building but it is not a government organisation.
Please share if you have more info becuase i am also looking to buy a plot over there.

Even I am also enquired about this project and I would like to know how this location and area for future development, I am also interested so that group of people we can get a good discount at leat. so please share the details if you got any thing.
Even I have called and discussed with one person, he told me taht he is the chairman for that sociaty.

Guyes, I am not sure about wether this layout is genuine or not but certainly not belongs to Telecom Employees Housing Society which is genuine whose office used to be in BSNL campus as Sikarwar(if so) might have thought. Now office is moved to Shivananda circle. You can visit www.telecomhousing.org which is official website of above society.

Let me clarify here...this project is not belongs to Telecom Housing society, (Sheshadripuram) that means website.www.telecomhousingsociety.com. I am a member of this society since longtime they do not have any project called aeropark. They have called Green fields Phase I, II and III. And they do not have any single sites here.This society has been formed since 20 years ago...dont mix up with some other society with this

I agree with Raghu. The telecom society located in Sheshadripuram is of Karnataka Telecom Department Employee's Co-operative Society Limited. The website of this society is www.ktdecoopsoci.com. They have projects in Mysore (with suffix as saagara) and several projects in Bangalore. I have been a member of this society for the past 3 years and I am yet to get my site registered at Mysore. Thanks to the delay at MUDA, as this great Karnataka Govt. had not nominated a person at MUDA to do sanctions of sites. I heard things are now moving slowly on the Mysore projects. Hope this helps!

2. Layout is located at IVC road, I found location ok, Please call society president for Site visit.
3. There office is located in BSNL office near Chalukya Hotel
4. Can check Legal papers of site in office itself.
4. Looks genuine but do your R & D before decision making as i did

Could you please let me know whether I can buy the site Telecom Department Employee's Co-operative Society Limited.
I have gone through the web site and I am interested the following Lay outs in Bangalore.
AYUSHMANBHAVA - BANGALORE
KALPAVIRUKSHA - BANGALORE

It is great if you can share any information how I can buy this or procedure. But I am not a member in this sociaty.
