Even I am interested in buying either East or North facing site. No West and South facing sites. Pls update about Upkar once u have it....

Just wondering if you know any good layout between 1000-1500 around Sarjapur road, Varthur road, Whitefield. I want to explore this area as well but never found any good layout. I am planning to build my duplex house on that. Let me know if u know any.

Iam planning to finalise a Plot in UPKAR Meadows.

Does any one know if water is good here. I mean is there any water pollution. As it is Near New Biocon, Iam little skeptical about water here.

Any Idea how far is it from New Biocon.? By the way New Biocon has commenced its operations here OR is it still planned?

Regarding water testing Sunkumar has already done it as per his post in the same thread on Page4 -
I went for RK Township not RK City, although both are next to each other. You had advised to check on water pollution in the area so I got the ground water tested at a lab and since the results were good and other things looked good decided to buy it. Looked like it will fetch good rental income also 2-3 years down the lane looking at the surroundings. Let me see what lies ahead

New Biocon is already operational and its on the main road. Upkar Meadows is 1.2 kms inside from New Biocon.

They DO NOT have any EAST facing SITES. They Have NORTH and West Facing.

I think sreekumar did it for RKTownship and NOT Upkar Meadows. Will the same hold good for Meadows as well??

yes RK Township and Upkar Meadows are near. I would say project to project distance wud be 2-3kms however New Biocon is nearer to Meadows and far from RK. So I think it wud be better if u can get the water tested from Upkar meadows. Pls check with Sunkumar where he got the water tested.

Sunkumar - pls let us know where we can get the ground water tested for any pollution?

I have seen Accent Properties UR Castles and they started development recently.
I am planning to buy a plot there as it will be good for investment.it is on the way to OTIS circle to Anekal.
Please give your opinions/Advices/Feedbacks.

If Iam NOT wrong I think u r talking about Jigani--Anekal Road. Pirce would be some thing around 600sft...

That area is OK but NOT that good.
Also the JIGANI industrial area pullution may be there.

Rather than that area, I suggest areas around HOSUR MAIN road or Chandapur to appreciate faster . these layouts are little bit costlier 900 to 1000 psft... but still I think it is worth it.

That's my view. cos I had booked 1 plot on jigani--anekal road but later dropped it.

Yes Vamsee!it's on Jigani-Anekal road.They are saying Rs.475/sft.
I been there and it seems like residential area and there is no signs of air pollution.
How it will be for just investment and not for living in that area,as price is offrdable?

Hi Ramu,
This project is not on the Jigani-Anekal main road like other projects...however its 3kms inside from the main road and u need to take too many turns to reach that site. I visited that site 4 months back but that time no development was there and I didnt find the people professional...just on a plain paper they were explaining thet things...no plans, no brochures etc...I never considered it as it was too much inside...As someone said somewhere that while buying property u need to consider 3 things -

I finally booked a Site in Upkar meadows after much thinking . Donno How good a decision it is.
