Documentation for BDA site Title after 10 years of lease ..

Hi,

As you know when you get site from BDA, the BDA executes the Lease agreement for 10 years. Want to know what procedure/paper work that needs to be done by the owner to covert it in to absolute sale deed.

Is this required to be done? Should house be constructed before getting the absolute sale deed?

Don't think we can get absolute sale deed without building a house right?

Understand from my friend, they got the absolute sale deed done without Constructing house. Please approach BDA.
