I am looking for a 2 BHK apartment (two bathrooms, at least one balcony) for about 40 lakhs, in a low-rise building, within commuting distance to Indian Institute of Science. Possible localities are Rajaji Nagar, Yeshwantpur, Mathikere, MS Ramaiah Nagar, RMV, RMV extension, Sanjay Nagar, New BEL Road. Can you please give me suggestions for good apartments by reputed builders?
