Hi All,
Couple of Weeks back, i have visited a plot in Singasandra. Its a small layout named Wellington paradise. I really liked the plot.

The price quoted was Rs 1900/sqft. The broker said its negotiable. I know that Rs 1900/sqft is on higher side...
Some one can tell me the current on going rates and what would be a good deal to buy....

U may also want to check a layout called Duo city, which is next to manipal county. Its a BDA approved layout, whereas wellington paradise is not a BDA approved..
I first saw WELLINGTON PARADISE 2 yrs back when i was searching a plot. I did LIKE that layout but was kind of ISOLATED place. and DUO CITY was not fully ready at that time. So finally bought a site on bannerghatta road.. Recentnly when i visited a place near WELLINGTON PARADISE it looked like lot of developments r happening..
Rates in wellington paradise should not b more than 1700 /sq ft, but sellers r very less as its a small layout. So though Rs 1900/sq ft is on higher side, u cant negotiate much with ur broker.
Rates in Duo city ~Rs.2100 /sq ft.
