I saw the layout and it looks good. Phase 1 is almost sold out and Phase 2 is currently open for bookings it seems. Quoting around 4300/sft but it is negotiable.
Did anyone book plot in this layout? Any feedback is appreciated..

Yes..very true..after discussion, they may be coming for 3800/sft if ready to shed some cash..is it worth to buy for that price?

Visited this layout, even 3000 rupees is worst price there, since lot of apartments are coming up, they will squeeze all the water resource in future.
IT belt will soon be hit with small depreciation..IT boom is all over now to invest in sarjapur and ORR where still basic facility like water is not there!!
