Betterment/Improvement Charges for DC converted sites

Hi Friends,

Looks like BBMP is reintroducing betterment/improvement charges for DC converted sites. This rule does not apply for agricultrual sites. And hence, once on payment of the charges the owners will be eligible for 'A' khata. This looks like a good step wherby loans can be obtained and the sital value would be increased for such owners who have not been able to get khata for past 5 years.

Refer the below sites for charges. Pls let us know what you think with respect to the real estate scenario due to such sites coming into market.
