Review on Confident Group projects

Hi,
I am looking to book a flat in confident jade (near sarjapura).

When I enquired about OC they (sales rep) told OC will be issued only after the registration of the property. However, they will issue the possession certificate (I believe this is one which will be issued by builder itself) at the time of registration.

Question:
1) How confident I can be on "confident group" to issue the OC after the registration.
2) Will it be a issue if I posses the flat before getting the OC.
3) How about the quality of construction.
4) Their commitments towards the promised date (or schedule) of the possession.
5) Any issues with respect to confident group. I see a mixed response in http://www.mouthshut.com/product-review ... -925597825
