Real Estate Agents clouding the forum

Hi All,

I am a long time member of the forum who was a part of the original BDA sites also.
I think the main intention to continue this forum was to keep it for people to get some clarifiations and gain some awareness and restricting agents from making it another mess of a forum. But from a past few weeks I see lot of real estate agents just copy pasting the same message is many posts and clouding the posts.

I am not sure if others are OK with it, but I am not and thus this post. I visit the site everyday and mainly look at the recent posts every day to see the new updates in the posts so that I do not have to search for all the posts that are updated. But with the brokers copy pasting their advts in so many posts, thats all I can see in the recent posts section.

I am not asking agents to be compltely blocked as some might want to get their help, but clouding many posts haphazardly is not good and is just driving me and a few of my friends away from the site and deviating from the main intention of having this site.

If we want to have the brokers posting here, we can create a new section for them and they can post their advertisements only in that section instead of posting in all other sections and posts and keep the other posts clean.

Would be good if the Moderators take notice and delete the advertisements and not let this site become another place with junk copy paste advertisements clouding all the posts.

Thanks for the comments ,i am personally working on this.Trying to make all these agents in to a group and send them a mass mail not to dirt the forum.
I sent mails individual to post any kind of adds in classifieds with a new topic in concerned sub forum.
Further any posts deviating the rule will be deleted.
Please do keep posting feedback and suggestions to make the forum much better...............

Strictly ban the agents from this forum.

Else what is the difference between this forum and 99acres,magicbricks or any other real estate related sites.
Nowadays in any real estate related places, 99% of the ads are by placed the agents. They are finding these sites as new way of finding their customers, as they're unable to reach the real customers in normal mode b'cos of their dirty mode of working.
