Hi Everyone
I have been looking around for plots on Kanakapura road. I quite liked BCMC layout (not BCCHS Layout, this is the one opposite to KSIT college) and wanted some information regarding this area.
I request to know details like the current pricing/sqft and about any legal problems regarding this area.
I approached some brokers who are quoting 2500-2600 for a 30*40 site. Wanted to know if the quoted price is reasonable.

It depends on which side of the layout it is present.Do you have the site numbers..
